We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Bar tender to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
- Serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and courteously
- Take orders accurately and process payments using the till system
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
- Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing regulations
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during shifts
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, creating a welcoming environment
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
- Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy periods
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions and bills
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required
