We are looking for a qualified or part qualified accountant who ideally has at least 5 years experience in an accounting practice. Ideally, you will have already completed the AAT/CAT qualification or similar. Continued study towards ACCA qualification is an option.
Must have good grades, be well organised, motivated and have basic computer skills. Prior use of excel is essential.
You must intend to drive in the near future if you do not already, as part of the job at a future date would include visiting clients.
This is not a position where you can work from home as you will need to will be available to meet clients and potential new clients. We operate in a friendly and efficient high street office environment.
Full time permanent role, but part time applicants will also be considered

Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm
Salary between £28,000 - £50,000 depending upon experience.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Book-keeping
- VAT Returns
- CIS Returns
- Processing payrolls
- Producing self employed and limited company accounts
- Answering phone calls
