Your next opportunity
Join a team that plays a vital role in enhancing the student experience through sport, fitness and wellbeing. Based at CitySpace Fitness, you'll help create opportunities for students, staff and the local community to become more active, connected and engaged.
This varied and rewarding role offers the chance to gain experience across fitness, customer engagement, sport operations, events and university sport, while making a genuine difference to people's wellbeing. No two days are the same – one moment you could be supporting fitness suite users, the next helping to deliver student sport activities, supporting a sports club event or creating a positive experience for visitors.
As part of a supportive and ambitious team, you'll contribute to an environment where people feel welcome, encouraged and empowered to achieve their goals. Whether you're looking to build your career in sport, fitness, wellbeing or leisure management, this role provides excellent opportunities to develop your skills and experience within a thriving university setting.
Is this you?
You're passionate about the positive impact sport, fitness and wellbeing can have on people's lives and enjoy helping others feel confident, supported and included.
You thrive in a customer-focused environment, build positive relationships with ease and take pride in delivering an excellent experience for everyone you meet. Organised, proactive and adaptable, you're comfortable balancing a variety of responsibilities while working as part of a team.
We're looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to creating inclusive opportunities for students, staff and the wider community. Whether your experience comes from fitness instruction, coaching, sport development, leisure services, volunteering or customer-facing roles, you'll be motivated by making a difference and keen to continue developing your skills and career.
Why join us?
