To support this growth, we are looking for a senior, experienced Business Development Manager who brings deep, demonstrable experience in complex home care and crucially, established relationships across key funding streams.
This role is not about learning the sector. It is about leveraging existing expertise, insight, and trusted partnerships to drive responsible, high-quality growth.
Group Care Pathways
As part of a wider specialist care group, our Care in the Home division operates within well-established group care pathways. These pathways enable seamless transitions between services, ensuring individuals can step up or step down in support as their needs change, without disruption to care quality or outcomes.
In this role, you will understand the strategic value of integrated care pathways and use this knowledge to engage commissioners and funders in conversations about long-term solutions, system efficiency, and improved client outcomes. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to position our group pathway capability as a differentiator in complex care commissioning.
