We are building a new women-focused trading education, technology and online community brand.
We are looking for a confident content creator with strong on-camera presence to become one of the founding public faces of the business.
This is more than a standard content role.
The right person will receive:
- Hourly pay of £13–£25, depending on experience

The opportunity
You will help build a modern online platform combining:
- Trading education
- Market content
- A private member community
- Live online sessions
- Trading tools and technology
- Content creation and personal-brand development
You do not need to already be an expert trader.
We provide the trading knowledge, systems, scripts, content direction, portal and marketing support.
We need someone who can communicate confidently, build trust with an audience and help turn the concept into a recognisable online brand.
What you will do
- Record short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
- Present trading, finance and personal-development topics simply
- Document your genuine learning and development journey
- Help create engaging social-media campaigns
- Host occasional online community calls or live sessions
- Welcome members and help keep the community active
- Work with our marketing and clipping team
- Promote the platform using a tracked referral link
- Provide ideas and feedback as a founding member of the team
Who we are looking for
You should have:
- Strong and natural on-camera presence
- A polished and professional personal presentation
- Confidence speaking directly to an online audience
- Experience creating TikTok, Instagram or YouTube content
- A genuine interest in trading, finance, business or personal growth
- Good communication and people skills
- Reliability and the ability to meet agreed deadlines
- A willingness to learn and receive creative direction
- An interest in helping build a new brand from an early stage
Applicants who already have some social-media traction are strongly preferred.
This does not necessarily mean having a huge following. We are also interested in creators who have:
- Strong engagement
- Good-quality content
- A clear personal brand
- Evidence that they can hold attention on camera
- The potential to grow quickly with professional support
Previous trading knowledge is useful but not essential.
What we provide

You will receive support with:

You will not be expected to build everything alone.
Pay and progression
- £13–£25 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities
- Approximately 6–12 hours per week initially
- Flexible remote working
- Recurring commission from paying customers you refer
- Performance-based bonuses

- Initial 90-day paid trial

Profit sharing will depend on performance, commitment and the long-term role agreed with the successful candidate.
