Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in commercial cleaning to help drive the next stage of our growth.
The Role
This is a senior management position responsible for ensuing our contracts operate efficiently, our teams deliver outstanding service, and our business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day management of commercial cleaning contracts.
- Manage Health & Safety and ensure compliance across all contracts.
- Maintain company accreditations and compliances standards.
- Recruit, onboard and support supervisors and cleaning operatives.
- Develop and improve operational systems and business processess.
- Work with the Managing Director to identify new business opportunities and support company growth.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and client retention.
- Resolve client concerns quickly and professionally before they escalate.
- Carry out site audits and quality inspections to ensure consistently high service standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer satisfaction.
- Support contract mobilisation for new clients.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven management experience within the commercial cleaning industry.
- A strong understanding of commercial cleaning operations and service delivery.
- Experience managing supervisors and cleaning teams.
- Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Health & Safety and industry best practice.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to improve systems and drive continuous improvement.
- A full UK driving licence.
