LNT Construction Limited, part of the LNT Care Developments Group, is seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join our team.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Engineer
- Strong management and organisational skills
- A sound understanding of construction techniques, with strong skills in setting out, surveying, and levelling.
- Excellent understanding of construction processes, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, AutoCAD).
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting setting out and site surveys for various construction projects.
- Interpreting construction drawing and technical specifications.
- Ensuring all work is carried out to the specified standards and technical details.
- Managing and coordinating site engineering requirements to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
- Ensure construction activities are being carried out efficiently and safely.
- Monitoring and documenting progress and creating as built records throughout each project.
- Help to resolve any issues or discrepancies on each project. And report back to the relevant design team.
