What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including supporting the accounts & operations team.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, for internal and external use.
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support finance processes such as invoice tracking.
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to keep everything running smoothly.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in (Word, Excel, Outlook) and confidence with digital tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a keen eye for detail.
- Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
