Your Responsibilities...
Working as part of our talented and highly committed care teams, Registered branch Nurses are an integral part of our Homecare services. You will work closely with the managers within to ensure the highest standard of person-centred care. Some of your main duties will include: Service user initial assessments, ongoing care plan reviews and risk assessments, care staff observations, clinical training delivery, competency assessments, managing clinical paperwork including MARs, in general clinical oversight of branch and service users. To maintain hands on clinical skills you may also provide direct care for our service users on occasion. There may also be the opportunity to contribute to the operational aspects of the division with business development and commissioner liaison.
*Location will be split between Finchley and Brentwood Essex*

Having the ability to lead a team with a passion for hands on care, mentoring, coaching and motivating your care team to provide the highest quality care. Identifying training needs.

Supportive and great at communicating. Able to adapt to different personalities within your team, and build and maintain strong working relationships, whilst sharing and demonstrating your own knowledge to your care team.
Organisation/Process driven:
Able to prioritise your time efficiently to ensure all documentation is kept up to date.
Natural team player:
Able to work well within the individual teams and not afraid to get ‘stuck in’
Qualifications:
Due to the nature of this role we need for you to hold a valid NMC License with a minimum of 1 year Nursing practice. Experience in complex community care would be ideal.
