Catering Assistant/Kitchen porter
A position has become available in our kitchen for a front of house/kitchen assistant in Northwich on our food trailer. We are currently feeding 750 people on the construction site.
Your responsibilities will include:
Excellent customer service skills, serving our customers- using an epos point of sale, ensuring payment is taken quickly.
Assist the chefs in some food preparation.
Vending machines are re-filled on a daily basis.
Assisting the kitchen staff ensuring all customers are served in a timely fashion. Assist the kitchen staff in the daily clean down of the kitchen.
Assist the kitchen staff to put the food deliveries away
Working as part of a successful team to ensure a smooth catering operation on a daily basis.
Ensuring equipment is clean, maintained and stored appropriately.
Hours of work:
Mon-Fri 0900-1500, alternate Saturdays 0800-1230 (when required)
28 days paid annual holidays including Bank Holidays
