We are looking for an experienced Barista/waiter/waitress to help us run our busy cafe in Bath.
You will be a primary point of contact for both staff and customers making you a very important person in the team. Being professional in everything you do is very important to us!
You will never compromise on quality and make sure you deliver the highest quality of food and service during your shift.
You will be calm, patient and responsible as well as have a good time management.
You will be able to work with the team.
You will be flexible and have to work where the cafe needs you most in order to deliver the best atmosphere for both the customers and the team.
Note that the cafe is on two floors which can require endurance during the busiest periods.
Your lunch will be provided by the cafe and your break paid for.
You will have free drinks during your shift.
You will get two days off in a row as often as possible.
We are open from 7.30am to 4pm from Monday to Friday, Saturday 7.30am to 5pm and from 9am to 4pm on Sundays.
Your salary will depend on your experience and will be reviewed once a year. A bonus will be given according to your performance at the end of the year.
You will have experience in being a barista as well as a waiter/waitress.
