Responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records using various software programmes such as Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace
- Answering phone calls with professional etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
- Organising appointments, meetings, and schedules for staff members
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and document preparation
- Supporting the finance team with invoice processing and basic bookkeeping duties
- Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times
- Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations as required
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy
- Experience in data entry and clerical work is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
