Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a compassionate Senior Care to join our team in providing high-quality care for for a clients in their own home setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others.
You will be required to have the on call phone every other weekend.
Duties:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility
- Implement individual care plans based on care needs
- Supervise and support clients in a caring and respectful manner
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in clients conditions
- Communicate effectively with families, and healthcare professionals
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Help provide support with medication.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of clients living spaces and helping with meal preparation.
The candidate in time will be expected to help out with the on call phone and take a Senior leading role within the business.
Skills:
- Good IT skills for record-keeping and communication purposes on their phones via the company app.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with families, and colleagues
- Valid driving license and insurance to travel to and from clients.
- Ability to supervise and lead out in the care field.
- Good prior experience in care

Pay: £14.50-£20.00 per hour
