Overview
We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic Farm Shop Retail Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain attractive product displays, and support the day-to-day running of our farm shop.
Key Responsibilities
- · Welcome and assist customers.
- · Operate the till and process payments accurately.
- · Replenish stock and maintain displays.
- · Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- · Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- · Check product quality and freshness.
- · Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- · Assist with deliveries and stock storage.
- · Follow health and safety procedures.
Skills and Experience
- · Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- · Positive, friendly attitude and attention to detail.
- · Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- · Previous retail experience desirable.
- · Interest in local produce and farming advantageous.
