Breakfast Chef to join their busy kitchen team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-quality operation serving breakfast to
up to 475 guests daily, where fresh ingredients, attention to detail and exceptional standards are at the heart of everything they do.
Working alongside an experienced culinary team, you will play a key role in delivering a breakfast experience that guests remember — from perfectly cooked classics to beautifully presented dishes made with care and consistency.
The Role As Breakfast Chef, you will:
- Prepare and cook high-quality breakfast dishes using fresh ingredients.
- Deliver consistently excellent food standards across a busy breakfast service.
- Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain excellent food presentation, quality and portion control.
- Support menu ideas and seasonal improvements.
- Ensure all food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards are maintained.
What We’re Looking For We are seeking a chef who:
✔ Has previous breakfast chef or hotel kitchen experience
✔ Takes pride in producing fresh, quality food
✔ Thrives in a busy, high-volume environment
✔ Has excellent organisation and attention to detail
✔ Works well as part of a professional kitchen brigade
✔ Has a genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
