Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with recipes and safety standards
- Engage with guests warmly, taking orders promptly and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies
- Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to food safety and alcohol regulations
- Manage cash register transactions accurately and handle payments efficiently
- Restock bar supplies as needed to keep the station well-equipped for busy hours
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak times and special events
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible serving practices is essential
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and measurement of ingredients
