Responsibilities
- Greet residents and visitors warmly, providing exceptional customer service with professional phone etiquette
- Assist residents with inquiries, service requests, and community information in a timely and friendly manner
- Manage data entry tasks accurately using property management software such as Yardi, ensuring all resident records are up-to-date
- Support administrative duties including filing, correspondence, and maintaining community records with attention to detail
- Promote community amenities and upsell available services or upgrades to enhance resident satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with maintenance and management teams to address resident requests efficiently
- Foster a positive community environment by organizing resident events or engagement activities when needed
Requirements
- Previous office experience or administrative background preferred
- Familiarity with Yardi property management software is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to interact professionally with residents and team members
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in upselling or promoting services is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism at all times
