We’re looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our friendly and energetic team at our authentic Brazilian Rodizio restaurant.
What we’re looking for:
* A positive, enthusiastic, and approachable personality.
* Previous experience in a restaurant supervisory role.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* A hands-on leader who enjoys motivating and supporting a team.
* Ability to stay calm and organised during busy service periods.
* Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
What you’ll do:
* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team.
* Deliver outstanding customer service.
* Support the management team with the day-to-day running of the restaurant.
* Ensure high standards of food service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
* Help train and develop team members.
* Create a fun, welcoming atmosphere for both guests and staff.
