We're looking for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join our Transformation Team during an exciting period of change.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll work alongside managers and teams across the Council to develop capability, support organisational change, strengthen leadership and embed a culture of continuous improvement. You'll design and facilitate workshops, provide coaching and support, and help teams turn challenges into practical solutions.
As local government prepares for reorganisation, you'll play a key role in helping managers and teams navigate change, build resilience and develop the capability needed for the future. This is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact during a once-in-a-generation transformation of local government.
What we’re looking for
We're looking for someone who can quickly build credibility, work independently and make things happen. You'll have experience of organisational development, learning, change, engagement or improvement, alongside excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
