Woven Inc Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Sales Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and is eager to learn and grow. No previous sales or customer service experience is required, full training and ongoing support will be provided.
About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting our customers and helping the team deliver excellent service. Your work will involve a mix of customer-facing tasks and behind-the-scenes support in a busy, varied environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, online platforms, and face-to-face
- Providing quotes, processing orders, and ensuring customer needs are met
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Proactively making outbound calls and following up on leads
- Researching and developing new business opportunities
- Supporting the wider team and assisting with general admin tasks
- Working with internal systems and handling basic numerical tasks
Our customers mainly come from the Fashion, Hospitality, University, Workwear, Charity, and Promotional sectors.

Hours & Pay
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
- Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm (giving you a lovely long weekend!)
Starting wage is the National Minimum Wage (depending on your age), with clear opportunities for pay increases as you hit targets and develop in the role.
