I’m the founder of Refresh Aesthetic, an independent, growing aesthetic clinic in East London with a strong focus on skin health, evidence-based treatments and natural-looking results.
As Refresh continues to grow, I’m looking for a passionate, motivated and client-focused Beauty Therapist / Aesthetic Practitioner to join me 1-2 days per week and become part of the next stage of the clinic.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who genuinely loves skincare, aesthetics and helping people feel confident in their skin. I’m looking for someone who shares my approach: professional, warm, knowledgeable and never focused on changing how someone looks simply for the sake of it.
About the role
You’ll play an important part in delivering the Refresh experience – from welcoming clients into the clinic, through to providing high-quality treatments and helping them understand how to look after their skin.
Depending on your experience and qualifications, the role may include delivering treatments such as:
- Advanced and bespoke facial treatments
- Skin rejuvenation treatments
- Microneedling and other skin treatments
- Chemical peels
- Skin consultations and personalised skincare advice
- Other aesthetic and beauty treatments within your scope of practice
You’ll be expected to take the time to understand each client’s concerns and goals, provide honest and professional advice, and ensure every treatment is delivered safely and to a consistently high standard.
What I’m looking for
I’m looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about skin health, skincare and aesthetics
- Either Level 3-4 Beauty therapy or an Adult Nurse Qualification
- Warm, friendly and naturally confident with clients
- Professional and personable, with excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high standards of care
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a small, growing clinic
- Interested in developing their knowledge and treatment skills
- Confident discussing skincare and treatment options with clients
- Committed to excellent hygiene, infection prevention and clinical standards
- Reliable, organised and able to manage appointments professionally
Previous experience within aesthetics, advanced skincare or a clinical/beauty environment is ideal but not essential. Relevant qualifications and certifications must be held for either nursing or beauty therapy.
