As a key member of our 17th-century gastro pub, you will work with fresh, local ingredients to deliver exceptional dishes to our guests. What You Will Do
- Daily Service: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes during our lunch and dinner services.
- Quality Standards: Maintain consistency and excellence across all plates leaving the kitchen.
- Safety & Hygiene: Ensure all food safety regulations and cleaning protocols are strictly followed.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a smooth operation.
- Stock Management: Assist with organising deliveries and maintaining proper stock rotation.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is essential.
- Reliability: A punctual, "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Skills: A solid understanding of food hygiene and professional cooking techniques.
