Pay: £13.00 per hour
Moods is an independent café, bar and restaurant in the restored First White Cloth Hall in Leeds city centre.
We are looking for confident and reliable bar staff to join our team. You will work across a busy drinks service, delivering friendly and professional service throughout the day and evening.
The role
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing and serving cocktails, spirits, wine, beer and soft drinks
- Providing welcoming and attentive customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments accurately
- Preparing the bar before service and closing it down properly
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Restocking fridges, glassware and bar supplies
- Following licensing, age verification and responsible service procedures
- Supporting the wider front of house team when needed
About you
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous bar or hospitality experience
- Is confident working in a busy environment
- Communicates clearly with customers and colleagues
- Works quickly without allowing standards to drop
- Is reliable, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
- Can work evenings and weekends
- Has cocktail experience, although further training can be provided
