New Formation Education are looking for a Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant. We are recruiting on behalf of a welcoming and inclusive primary school seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teaching Assistant in Redbridge, East London.
The role is to support pupils with additional needs (ages 3-5) within the Early Years Department of a lovely primary school. You will be working with children in small groups, on a 1:1 basis and also whole class support with the class teacher in your class.

The ideal candidate will:
- Have a minimum of a level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
- Have some experience working with children/young people in roles such youth work / mentoring / tutoring / childcare/ volunteering / nursery work will all be considered
- Be positive, friendly, confident and flexible in approach to working
- Have fantastic maths & English skills
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years curriculum is desirable but not essential
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for supporting the next generation of children
- Be available full-time during term time (Monday-Friday 8.30am-4.00pm)
- Be available to trial/interview from September 2026
