Job Description
As a Fulfilment specialist you’ll need to be able to work as a team player, working towards team associated targets. You will be contributing to the packing of parcels, checking in, moving and arranging stock and ensuring the correct postage processes are followed.
Duties
- Picking and packing parcels
- Checking in and putting away deliveries
- Helping to maintain a clear and tidy workplace
- Processing basic daily tasks associated with postage
- Other tasks of an appropriate level associated with the day to day running of the business
Experience, Abilities & Qualifications
- The ability to perform in a high pressure, time sensitive situation
- Basic understanding of computer usage is preferred
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
- The ability to follow instructions (both written and verbal) accurately and in a timely fashion, questioning if not clear and offering alternatives to process if appropriate
- The ability to work as part of a highly productive team on a day to day basis, and on own initiative if required
Requirements
- Be physically able to move heavy items in line with company policy and work occasionally in an outdoor environment, using the supplied equipment in the appropriate manner
- Committed to maintaining the highest level of quality and care in what you do
- Following all policies and procedures to ensure and promote a healthy and inclusive workplace for everyone

Expectations
- Complete any appropriate given task in a timely manner to a high level of quality with a proactive attitude
- Maintain a friendly efficient working environment through good communication skills and team spirit having an equally high level of respect for all
- Be punctual and ready to work at the start of your shift
- Present yourself in an efficient, positive and proactive manner, both physically and verbally
- Prioritise tasks effectively
- Ensure your orders are packed to a high quality in line with company policy and sent via the correct postal service
Job Type: Permanent
Schedule: 8 hour day shift (at least one role requires Saturday)
