About The Role
As part of our agency team, you will have the opportunity to support service users in:
- Children’s Support Packages: Providing stable, nurturing environments for young people in crisis.
- Support Work: Assisting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and engage with their communities.
- Domiciliary Care: Delivering high-quality, person-centered care to clients within the comfort of their own homes.
- Complex & Residential Care: Supporting elderly residents or those with complex needs in established care settings.
About You
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have at least 6 months experience working in a paid care or support role within the UK.
- Hold an enhanced DBS check OR be willing to apply for a new one.
- Exhibit strong communication, interpersonal skills, empathy, and patience.
- Access to your own vehicle is desired but not essential.
