Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Professional Café Barista to join our front-of-house team: to prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organised work environment; and to be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and serve quality coffee and other beverages in a fast-paced café setting. !
· Monitor and replenish coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies as needed.
· Adjust and calibrate equipment as needed.
· Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the cleaning of equipment and utensils.
· Provide excellent customer service by greeting, taking orders, processing payments and serving beverages and food.
· Upsell and promote additional products, such as pastries.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
· Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
· Maintain a clean and organised dining area.
Experience/Qualifications
· Previous work experience as a Barista and hands on with brewing equipment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
· Team player with a positive attitude.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Schedule
· Day shift
· Monday to Friday
