Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Builders Labourer to join our construction team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various building projects, ensuring that work progresses efficiently and safely. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with prior experience in construction to utilise their skills within a dynamic and professional environment. Must have CIS.
Duties
- Assisting skilled tradespeople with the preparation and movement of materials on-site
- Loading and unloading building materials and equipment
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety and efficiency
- Assisting with site safety measures, including setting up barriers and signage
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations at all times
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Builders Labourer or in a similar construction role
- Good understanding of construction processes and site safety procedures
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively within a team
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labour for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in construction sites
- Valid CSCS card or equivalent certification is desirable but not essential
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Full clean driving licence.
