Duties
- Develop and conceptualize innovative architectural designs using digital tools and creative software to meet project goals and client visions.
- Utilize SketchUp, Maya, CAD, and Sketch to create detailed 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations that effectively communicate design ideas.
- Integrate web design principles and digital media techniques to craft engaging online portfolios, interactive presentations, and virtual walkthroughs.
- Capture high-quality photography to document project progress, showcase completed work, or enhance visual storytelling for marketing materials.
- Employ Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce compelling graphics, animations, and multimedia content that elevate design narratives.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to refine concepts ensuring aesthetic appeal aligns with functional requirements and sustainability standards.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends in digital design, architecture technology, and creative software to continuously innovate and improve project outcomes.
Experience
- Proven experience in digital design, graphic design, or architectural visualization with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative projects across various media.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, Maya, CAD software (such as AutoCAD), Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), After Effects, HTML/CSS knowledge is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with web design tools or platforms that enhance online presence and interactive client presentations.
- Familiarity with photography techniques for professional documentation of architectural projects.
- Strong understanding of graphic design principles combined with technical skills in 3D modeling and multimedia production.
- Ability to interpret client needs into innovative visual concepts while maintaining technical accuracy and aesthetic integrity.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas clearly across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
