We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our small but vibrant team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
- Assist customers with their drink selections, providing recommendations based on preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Manage time effectively to maintain service speed during peak hours while maintaining quality.
Experience
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but not essential.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with customers and colleagues alike.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic setting while helping others succeed as part of the team.
- Due to be a drinks only bar, applicants must be over 18 and have availability on Friday and Saturday evenings.
