We are seeking a reliable and organised Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.
- Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Maintain filing systems and office records.
- Perform data entry and update databases.
- Assist with general office administration duties.
- Provide support to management and other team members as required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
