WE'RE HIRING A HEAD BARISTA / SUPERVISOR!
We're a unique coffee shop in Hove, built around motorcycles and motorcycle culture, and we're looking for a new member to join our small but mighty team. If you thrive on the hustle and bustle of a busy cafe, we want to hear from you.
The role:
- Part-time, 20–30 hrs/week with potential to increase
- Weekends are a key part of this role — availability is essential
- Key holder, responsible for opening and closing the cafe
- Comfortable with lone working (e.g. covering lunch breaks)
- Cash handling and cashing up
- Assisting with stock checks and liaising with management on new suppliers and seasonal specials
- Training staff on coffee and maintaining quality control on drinks made
- Helping cover events (Halloween, NYE, birthdays, etc.)
What we're looking for:
- Minimum 3 years' barista experience (coffee, pour over, dialling in grinders)
- Strong time management — able to handle multiple orders efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- A natural leader who sets the standard in customer service, teamwork, and work ethic
- A proactive self-starter who gets stuck in without waiting to be asked
- An interest in motorcycles/motorcycle culture is a bonus but not essential

- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)
