Business Development Manager – Small Format Print
Location: Portsmouth / Field based
Salary: Open DOE + uncapped commission
The Company
My client is a well-established creative production agency with manufacturing at its core. Who produce everything from small format to large format graphics and a wide range of visual marketing materials and POS.
The Role
The company is now entering a major growth phase and is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to upscale their small format print division. Predominantly based in the field, with frequent office visits, we are looking for someone experienced and knowledgeable to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
- New business development within small format print industry
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to close
- Working across a variety of sectors (including defence, hospitality, corporate)
- Work with internal estimating, logistics, and design teams to deliver projects smoothly
Requirements
- Proven experience selling small format print (essential)
- Existing network within the print industry
- Understands where to find opportunities and has a strong network
- Commercially minded with confidence selling premium solutions
- Comfortable working autonomously in a growing SME
- Sector background flexible — network and credibility matter most
