The Role
As Café Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the café. You’ll lead by example, support the team, and ensure our high standards are maintained—especially during busy service periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily café operations and support staff during service
- Maintain a calm, organised approach in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure high standards of food presentation and customer experience
- Monitor team performance and provide guidance when needed
- Step in to assist across all areas when required
- Manage and grow our social media presence, keeping content fresh and engaging
- Handle time-sensitive tasks efficiently and effectively

- A fast learner with a proactive attitude
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and think on your feet
- Strong eye for detail, especially in food presentation
- Genuine passion for food and hospitality
- Confident in supervising staff and supporting team moral
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Comfortable managing social media platforms
