Warehouse Operative
Humdinger, Heckington NG34 9JH
As our Warehouse Operative, you'll play a vital role in keeping production running by ensuring materials are safely transferred between our warehouses and factory. You'll be part of a busy supply chain operation where accuracy, safety and teamwork are essential.
Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 22:00 - 06:00
Pay range: £14.58 per hour
Breaks: 2 x 20 minutes
Closing date: Monday 13th July 2026
Responsibilities:
- Transfer pallets between warehouse and production.

Pick, move and return stock to maintain efficient inventory levels.

Unload incoming deliveries and accurately record stock movements.

Scan all pallet movements to maintain stock traceability and accuracy.

Put stock away safely within warehouse racking locations.

Maintain excellent housekeeping, GMP and health & safety standards.

Support wider warehouse and supply chain activities when required.
Qualifications:
Essential
-
Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
-
Reach Truck Licence
-
Good understanding of stock control and warehouse processes.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.

Able to work permanent night shifts.
Desirable
-
Experience within food manufacturing or FMCG environments.
-
Counterbalance licences.
-
PPT experience.
-
Experience using warehouse systems and scanning technology.
