Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitise guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to uphold cleanliness standards
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish amenities as required
- Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, dust surfaces, and ensure all areas are tidy
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to maintain a safe working environment
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linen supplies
- Assist with laundry duties when necessary to support overall operational efficiency
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial roles is desirable but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team
- Good organisational skills with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is beneficial but training will be provided
- Ability to maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation at all times
