Job description
Environmental data is at the heart of what we do, good data results in sound interventions and aids environmental improvements.
We are looking to recruit an advisor to help deliver a range of activities related to environmental planning data management. This role will focus on supporting the current Planning Systems data and development work.
If you enjoy working with data and systems, talking to stakeholders, improving business processes and efficiency, and finding solutions to complex technical issues, then we would like to hear from you.
We will work with a wide range of stakeholders, liaising with the business to define requirements and then with digital services to create and implement a solution.
We would like to hear from enthusiastic and committed people who want to be a part of the transformation journey.
Some experience in environmental monitoring and/or planning is desirable but is not essential.
If a large number of applications are received, an initial sift using this lead competency will be conducted. In this case, the pass mark may be raised above 4 (this does not apply to DCS candidates). Candidates who meet the required score at the initial sift will then progress to a full sift or directly to interview. Feedback is generally not available at sift stage.
