We are recruiting for immediate start positions within our kitchen team. We are a restaurant in Oundle on the outskirts of Peterborough & Northamptonshire serving freshly prepped, locally sourced amazing food cooked with passion and knowledge.
We are fully independent and have an 85 seat restaurant as well as a bar, two outside dining terraces and a good local and destination clientele.
Attached to the Nene Valley Brewery we have a huge range of craft beers brewed on site and are wanting to expand. The Oundle Wharf now boasts Hambleton Bakery, Amps Wines, Gorilla Cycling, and the Aga Cookshop.
Positions Available:
We consider people of all relevant experience within pub, restaurant and hotel catering sectors, preferably with experience of coking to order with fresh ingredients and working on seasonally changing menus with locally sourced food.
