Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations
- Serve meals and beverages to guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Support the setup and breakdown of catering events, including arranging tables and serving stations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and serving areas throughout shifts
- Handle delivery duties as needed, including loading, unloading, and timely delivery of catering orders
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries with courtesy and professionalism
- Follow food safety protocols diligently to ensure hygiene standards are upheld at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food preparation, or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety practices and standards
- A full drivers license is required
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills and experience in meal preparation are preferred
- Customer service experience, including serving or guest-facing roles such as hotel or barista work
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries or orders over the phone
- A positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
