Job Summary
We are looking for an organised and proactive Helpdesk Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who enjoys working in a busy office environment and providing support to both clients and colleagues.
Working Hours
- Part-time position of approximately 21 hours per week.
- Flexible working pattern across the week to be agreed with the successful candidate.
- Wednesday attendance is essential, with working hours of 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and making outbound calls to clients and contractors.
- Booking works and appointments for clients.
- Saving and organising photographs, worksheets and supporting documentation.
- Preparing and issuing quotations.
- Uploading purchase orders, photographs, documents and other relevant information onto company systems.
- Providing administrative support to the helpdesk team.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets to ensure jobs are accurately tracked and organised.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous administrative or office experience, ideally within a helpdesk, customer service or scheduling environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling data and documentation.
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
