Hop Union Brewery is looking for a confident, driven, and friendly individual to join our Telesales and Sales Administrator at our brewery in Brislington, as a Telesales Executive. You’ll be the voice of our brand, helping us connect with customers, drive sales, and support our continued growth.
Location: Hop Union Brewery, Brislington, Bristol
Hours: 3 days per week – Monday to Wednesday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Part-time: 24 hours/week
What you’ll be doing:
- Making outbound telesales calls to new and existing customers
- Following up leads and securing orders via both phone and email
- Sending regular product updates and availability emails to customers
- Researching and approaching new business opportunities
- Maintaining customer records and order history
- Processing sales and purchase invoices using CRM
- Using our brewery management system Brewman (training provided)
- General administrative tasks to support the sales team
What we’re looking for:
- Previous telesales or phone-based customer service experience.
- A friendly, confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication skills and a persuasive, positive attitude
- Strong written communication skills for customer emails
- Organised, self-motivated, and confident working independently
- Comfortable using basic computer systems/CRMs
