Mechanical Contracts Manager
Magherafelt | 2-3 Days Per Week in London

Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a leading mechanical engineering contractor for an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business delivering a range of commercial and industrial projects across Northern Ireland and London. The successful candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple mechanical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage mechanical projects from tender handover through to completion.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Maintain strong client relationships and attend regular project meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Criteria:
- Proven experience managing mechanical building services projects.
- Strong commercial awareness and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to London two days per week.
