Overview
We are seeking experienced, enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our Bar team. We are a fine dining country pub in the beautiful village of Edgworth on the Bolton / Blackburn border. Recently recognised in the Michelin guide, we are a young business with big plans
Responsibilities
- Greet guests providing a warm ‘on brand’ experience
- Serve our range of drinks Including cocktails and real ale to guests
- Assist with cellar management when directed
- Ensure cleanliness and organisation of the bar area in accordance with health regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative drink menus that complement food offerings
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a bar or restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and customer service
