We are looking for a Full Time employee to join our busy Property Management Department. The job will be quite varied and will be dealing with Tenants, Landlords, Contractors, and other service providers insuring that the management of our Landlord's property is as smooth as possible. The successful applicant will often be required to conduct Property Inspections so a driving licence and a car is a must.
We are looking for someone to work 5 days a week, working one Saturday in two weeks. LambornHill is an established business based in Sittingbourne High Street working within a friendly team.
Would suit someone who is from a property based background, or has experience of the industry, is well organised and enjoys working within a team.
