The Role
Iberica Food is a fast-growing importer and distributor of authentic Spanish and Mediterranean food in the UK. We work with over 50 family-run suppliers and sell through wholesale, retail and online channels.
We are seeking a Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Manager specialising in PPC, third-party marketplaces, website optimisation, newsletters and digital performance.
This is a hands-on role responsible for driving profitable online sales, building our digital presence and ensuring marketing spend delivers measurable ROI.
The role will take ownership of newsletter planning and creation, while working closely with the team member responsible for social media content to keep campaigns aligned across channels.
You will initially report directly to the Director and provide regular performance updates to the management team.
Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Website
- Manage and optimise the online shops.
- Ensure product listings, pricing and seasonal campaigns are accurate and appealing.
- Conduct SEO and CRO improvements to increase traffic and conversion rates.
- Track and report website analytics, recommending improvements to increase sales.
- Make basic website and content updates using HTML, CSS or similar where required.
- Work with developers on more complex technical changes.
Marketplaces
- Manage product listings, promotions and advertising campaigns across third-party marketplaces.
- Improve product visibility, conversion and customer review ratings.
- Monitor KPIs including sales, returns and margins, and take action to improve profitability.
PPC & Paid Media
- Plan, launch and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Manage spend within agreed budgets and ROI/ROAS targets.
- Run A/B tests, refine keyword targeting and reduce CPA while maximising conversions.
Newsletters & Content Coordination
- Plan, create and distribute newsletters to drive traffic, repeat sales and product awareness.
- Coordinate newsletter activity currently managed by another team member.
- Work closely with the team member responsible for social media content to keep campaigns aligned.
- Support promotions, seasonal campaigns and product launches with clear briefs and performance tracking.
Reporting & Budget Management
- Produce monthly performance reports covering website, marketplaces, PPC and newsletters.
- Present clear insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Recommend and manage marketing spend within agreed budgets, ensuring maximum return on investment.
- Final budgets remain approved by the Director.
What’s on Offer
- Salary: £28,000–£34,000, depending on experience
- Performance bonus: Up to 6% of base salary, linked to individual performance, online sales growth and profitability

About You
We are looking for someone ambitious, analytical and hands-on.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing
- Experience managing social media advertising
- Strong knowledge of SEO, CRO and website optimisation
- Experience with third-party marketplaces
- Experience creating and managing newsletters and email marketing campaigns
- A track record of delivering measurable ROI and managing marketing budgets
- Strong reporting and analytical skills, using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush or similar
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or website coding would be an advantage
- Experience using AI tools to improve content, analysis, campaign planning and productivity
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced SME environment
- Fluent English
- Spanish would be an advantage
