LED Digital Displays AV Technology Installations
Big screens. Bigger venues. If you get a kick out of seeing a project go from a blank wall to a jaw-dropping LED display switching on for the first time, we want to talk to you.
ADI is looking for a Project Manager to take full ownership of our digital display installation projects - from the moment the contract's signed to the moment the client shakes your hand at handover. You'll be the person holding it all together: the client, the design and technical teams, the installers on the ground, and the schedule that ties it all up in a bow.
What you'll be doing
Running LED, digital display and technology installation projects end to end - planning, procurement, delivery, sign-off.
Being the client's go-to person throughout the project - the one who makes a complex install feel effortless.
Coordinating Sales, Design, Technical, and Installation teams so everyone's pulling in the same direction.
Getting hands-on at the start of a project - being on site to kick things off, not just managing from a desk.
Keeping projects safe, on time, on budget and to the standard our clients expect.
Spotting risks before they become problems, and sorting them when they do.
What you'll bring
A project management qualification - PRINCE2, APM or equivalent.
A genuine interest in technology - LED, AV or digital displays; you notice this stuff when you walk past it.
Energy and drive - you're comfortable juggling multiple projects and thrive when things move fast.
A natural way with people - clients, contractors and colleagues all trust you and enjoy working with you.
Excellent communication skills - you can explain a technical hold-up to a client as easily as you can brief an installation team.
Willingness to travel - sometimes at short notice - and to be on site when a project needs you there.
Commercial savvy - you understand budgets and know how to protect them.
Why ADI
We design and deliver the screens and technology behind some of the biggest names in sport, retail, leisure and live events. It's fast-paced, hands-on, and no two projects look the same - one week you might be kicking off an install in a shopping centre, the next you're agreeing a programme for a full stadia transformation. If you like variety and want to see your work land in front of real audiences, you'll fit right in.
