Children's Activity Club Leader – Fullham, Clapham, Hendon
£25 per session, plus performance bonuses | Part-time | September Start
We're RoboLabX, running hands-on enrichment clubs for children aged 5–11 across Fullham, Clapham and Hendon. We're looking for Club Leaders who can walk into a room of children and hold their attention — keeping them engaged, curious, and having fun, session after session.
No subject specialism required. What matters is how you run a room: structure, energy, warmth, and control.
What you'll do:
- Deliver structured, engaging sessions to a group of primary-aged children
- Confidently manage group dynamics, keeping every child included and on task
- Build strong relationships with schools and parents
- Take ownership of your club's growth and reputation
What we're looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience working with children
- Strong classroom or group management skills — you can keep a room engaged and on track
- Confident delivering sessions to groups and adapting on the fly
- Professional, punctual and committed — our schools and children rely on you
- Safeguarding awareness (training provided)
- Enhanced DBS required
You might be a: university student, graduate, teacher, teaching assistant or college student with the right experience and attitude.
