The Role
Working alongside experienced solicitors, you'll play an active role in supporting a varied Private Client caseload, including:
- Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and Estate Administration
- Trusts
- General Private Client matters
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Drafting legal documents under supervision.
- Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
- Preparing probate applications and supporting estate administration.
- Supporting fee earners throughout the lifecycle of matters while gradually taking on greater responsibility.
About You
We're keen to hear from candidates who:
- Have at least 2-3 years experience within a Private Client department as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
