Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisors & Response Team Leaders to oversee security operations at Oakwell Stadium for matchdays and events.
The successful candidates will play a vital part in maintaining a secure environment through proactive supervision and effective incident response.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Stewarding team, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, conducting investigations and liaising with law enforcement when necessary.
- Train new security staff on operational procedures, emergency response, and use of surveillance equipment.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of security activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in security supervision or a related role.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail in report writing and record keeping.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and respond swiftly to emergencies or security threats.
- Safety Supervisors must have L3 qualification or be working towards
- Response Team Leaders need SIA licence
- Flexibility to work matchdays and events which includes evening & weekend working
