Part-Time Front of House Team Member
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Front of House Team Members to join our growing team at The Southern, one of Edinburgh's most popular and well-established bars and restaurants.

What You'll Be Doing
- Providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests
- Taking food and drink orders and delivering efficient table service
- Assisting with bar service when required
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the venue
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a bar, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Well-presented, organised, and dependable
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive approach and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
